Format for Submission
All documents must
be submitted in the following format:
You will be required to turn in a
paper copy of the portfolio, as well as keep a copy on your H:\ drive. All
files must be stored in your folder on H:\ and should be neatly organized in a
hierarchy of folders.

The folder must be named with your user ID and _portfolio. Ex.
dhopper_portfolio

Documents must be placed in a corresponding folder with the
following names:
Word processing
Publisher
Database
Spreadsheets
Presentations
Evaluations

A shortcut must be placed in the root of the disk which opens each
of the files in the proper folder. Name the shortcuts in a manner that is clear
as to what file they open.

Make paper copies of all your work, emails,
assessments. This is your proof that you have completed the portfolio in
the event that you need to have it in the future. Submit them along with
your
Portfolio Assessment Check List. to your
building ITL. Be sure that
you have your files on your H:\ drive and setup as described above.
You may submit your request for evaluation of
your portfolio at any time. It must be submitted no later than ninety days
after the start of the school year. |
